  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or peak periods

PawEase is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, we will always assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.


5. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
  • PawEase will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

6. Lost or Missing Parcels

  • If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us.
  • We will open an investigation with the courier.

👉 Where required by law, we will ensure a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.


7. Delivery Confirmation

  • Once delivery is confirmed by the courier, PawEase is no longer responsible for the parcel.
  • If someone at your address accepts the delivery, it will be considered successfully delivered.
