- You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

- Public holidays or peak periods

PawEase is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, we will always assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.
5. Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
- PawEase will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
6. Lost or Missing Parcels
- If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us.
- We will open an investigation with the courier.
👉 Where required by law, we will ensure a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
7. Delivery Confirmation
- Once delivery is confirmed by the courier, PawEase is no longer responsible for the parcel.
- If someone at your address accepts the delivery, it will be considered successfully delivered.
