  • PawEase uses third-party courier services (e.g., Aramex Store to Door).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with:

  • The Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, and
  • Our Return Policy

Customers have the right to:

  • Return defective goods within 6 months (CPA Section 56)
  • Cancel online purchases within 7 days (ECTA cooling-off period)

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:

  • PawEase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
